Rosa joins us with a distinguished record of strategic financial leadership across both public and private sectors, most recently serving as the Chief Fiscal Officer for the City of Powell. Her proven expertise in financial planning, treasury management, and organizational strategy has shaped multimillion-dollar budgets, capital improvement plans, and transformative financial systems.
With a strong background in fiscal transparency, team development, and data-driven decision-making, Rosa brings the insight and discipline needed to strengthen Habitat MidOhio’s financial foundation as we expand our impact in Central Ohio. As CFO, she will oversee finance, accounting, and investment strategy—playing a critical role in advancing our mission to ensure everyone has a decent, affordable place to live.
