April 23 was a historic day for Habitat-MidOhio as we broke ground on the Devon Triangle multi-family housing development with enthusiastic energy.  Surrounded by community partners, future homeowners, volunteers, and neighbors, we took a step forward in tackling the affordable housing crisis in Central Ohio. 

To everyone who joined us - thank you - your presence made this day even more special. 

This isn't just another build. The 14 townhomes in Devon Triangle will make fiscal year 2027 a record-setting year for Habitat-MidOhio with 24 new homes built and bring our total number of homes built and sold in the region to more than 500. That's 500 families connected to hope and opportunity.
