Over 100 KeyBank Employees Gather to Help Build the Dream of Homeownership through Key Bank’s “Neighbors Make a Difference” Program
COLUMBUS, Ohio 6/8/16) “When the walls go up on a new home for a Habitat MidOhio family on the South Side of Columbus later this summer, they will do so with the sweat and dedication of over 100 employees from KeyBank, who are literally building the walls from the ground-up beginning tomorrow afternoon. KeyBank employees will gather as part of their corporate-wide community initiative “Neighbors Make the Difference.”
For over a quarter century, KeyBank has partnered with community organizations and nonprofits to transform the communities they serve, and encourages their employees to add to the momentum through volunteerism and personal philanthropy, in countless meaningful ways.
“This year, we are celebrating the 26th anniversary of KeyBank’s Neighbors Make the Difference Day. It’s the signature event in our year-round commitment to the communities where we live and work,” said Melissa Ingwersen, KeyBank market president for Central Ohio. “This year, it is an honor to work with Habitat for Humanity, an organization that truly makes a difference to families in need.”
